Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
1# hamburger
1 small onion
24 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup Burgundy wine
½ tsp each oregano, rosemary, basil, and marjoram
dash of garlic salt
1 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ pepper
½ # spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided into half)
Brown hamburger and drain fat.
Add onion, tomato sauce, spices, salt, pepper, and sugar to the hamburger in a sauce pan, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add spaghetti (uncooked) and ½ cup of cheddar cheese and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
