This is my mom's tuna salad recipe: a classic.
1 can of tuna
Sweet pickles (this is one of those "the right amount" moments)
3 hard-boiled eggs
Mayonnaise (and another "the right amount" moment)
Salt to taste
Medium bowl
Knife
Spoon or fork for mixing
Chop the pickles and eggs
Mix all ingredients well
Expert Tip It's way easier to add than to remove, so add the mayonnaise and pickles a bit at a time until it looks right. Taste often and keep going until you like the result.
